Soldier from WW1 Wetter
Dear, mom
Mom I know that its bean a while since I wrote last but I assure you I am OK. Its bean tough out here, little food, little water and sitting in a hoe in the ground all day waiting for someone to say, "charge". It sucks out here and with more Germans coming by the day, it looks as ill be here forever, but they say it will be ending soon. General Williams says that the Germans are running low on supply and have no allies to help them. They call me the lucky one because of how close I have came to being killed I had to kill one with my own two hands, I had nightmares for weeks. I'm not your little boy anymore I know what it is like to be a man, Ive seen things hear things and done thing you would never imagine possible. When I come home I plan an moving out and getting my own place. I met this beautiful woman out here and we have plans on moving back to America together, you would love her she loves to cook and could teach you a thing or two. Anyways hows Carly doing and how is baby Thomas doing? and what about grandpa Leroy and grandma Helen? Well its time for me to go, I love you and hope all is well.
